SHARES OF STOCK AS A ONE-TIME GIFT
You receive 50,000 Shares of Stock (as a one time gift).
You receive a 10% dividend of the Net Income, pro rata (equally divided among all 100 FOUNDERS). Dividends are paid quarterly.*
Once PolitiChatter goes public dividend income will be converted into Shares of Stock; dividend income will automatically terminate and new Shares of Common Stock will be issued to each FOUNDER to replace the dividend.*
The above will be calculated by taking the dividend that was paid out for the previous quarter and multiplying it by 4 (to create an annual figure). The annual figure will be credited to each FOUNDER to purchase Shares of Stock in the public offering (at a 50% discount to the market’s price, on the offering).
