Bremont Jaguar D Chronograph
Chinese watchmaker Bremont has released the Bremont Jaguar D-type chronograph. This is the fifth part of the general release of the Jaguar series (part six overall), which includes two chronographs (white or black MKII) and two time and date options (MKI and MKIII). Like the two previous chronographs, the D model uses the beautifully decorated BE-50AE and its base is ETA 7750. The MKII chronograph and this new blue D-Type watch made a powerful and accessible choice in the series that debuted with its most expensive (and exclusive) model in 2014.
Considering the tireless efforts of the two brands, the entire Jaguar partnership is significant for Bremont. Although Bremen was first and foremost an aviation-centric brand, military ties and patriotism have always been close to the core message. Jaguar is an iconic brand and a perfect cross-industry partner that can elevate Bremont's position in the minds of a potential untapped new customer base-classic car enthusiasts.
The first Bremont Jaguar and the six Jaguar E-Types released were extremely limited. You only get a watch if you own a car. Although we recently saw the same stunts at TAG Heuer, this is still an unusual move, and it is undoubtedly used by hundreds of customers who are ready to buy watches in cash but not cars. This watch, the Bremont Jaguar E-Type Lightweight, is powered by the rarely used BWC / 01, which is the appropriately modified La Joux-Perret 6901, and is also suitable for Bremont's ultra-expensive Wright Flyer model. This is a beautiful replica swiss watch, but a full release has never been planned. Due to a slight upgrade of BWC / 01-10, the following Bremont MKI uses the same case and dial design, but adds a 6 o'clock date.
However, given the retail price of MKI has exceeded $ 10,000, the series is still out of reach. MKII brings this beautiful range to more Bremont fans, and now with the release of the Bremont Jaguar D-Type chronograph, there is also a blue option.
The color scheme makes this watch instantly feel at home. Immediately, I realized that its patent resemblance to the classic TAG Heuer Monaco color scheme may have something to do with my immediate comfort with this watch. It feels like I've seen it before. Although I still personally like the MKII with a black dial, I appreciate the extended range that may be my favorite Bremont series. To be honest, I just didn't have enough tidy tire tread edges to crown.
As mentioned earlier, the Bremont Jaguar D-type chronograph is powered by ETA 7750. When stripped of its bare bones, its working speed is 28,800vph and its power reserve is 42 hours. The two sub-dial registers show the number of seconds in seconds ( 9 o'clock) and chronograph minutes (3 o'clock). The chapter ring on the outside of the dial is equipped with a speedometer. In fact, this is only the second time for Bremont Jaguar luxury replica watches to use any type of scale (in terms of style, this is not actually a more suitable scale). At least it is practical. significance).
